Lindsey Morris, Learning Experience Designer, Baylor University

I had the privilege of working under Kim’s direction as she successfully planned and deployed professional learning for the adjunct faculty of Tarrant County College while leading teams of
faculty members and instructional designers through the course design process. Kim’s ability to envision the ideas of the campus president and leadership team and translate them into
actionable steps and tangible resources for faculty and staff consistently resulted in the overall advancement of campus goals.

Through Kim’s leadership as the Senior Instructional Designer, the instructional design team grew from a 4 member team to an 8 member team. Her team fostered a community of collaboration and personal growth, while upholding high standards for all team members.

While Kim’s ability to accomplish wide-reaching goals is a large reason why she would be a benefit to your team, it is her ability to lead that makes her stand above other candidates. Kim’s leadership style encourages growth and builds cohesive, high-performing teams.
