Mrs. Estes is a GURU when it comes to technology. Her skills are off the chart. She is very professional and highly capable of any job responsibility she is given. Her ability to go above and beyond the regular curriculum is so inspiring too. She is excellent in solving problems, has excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to work. She is organized and always prepared and assured everything flowed and progressed smoothly. She is hands down the best instructional support person that I have ever known. She asks teachers what they want to do and then makes them better at it. Teachers love her.
I can go on and on about her accomplishments, but even her accomplishments, great as they are, do not hold a candle to the person she is. Mrs. Estes displays exceptional character. She is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for her co-workers and students. She loves her family and her community. She leads in so many ways without even knowing it. She wants to help everyone around her be the best they can be.
Kim is willing to help anyone at any time — students, staff, community members — anyone. She tutored students that were not in her class and she was very helpful with her technology skills. She helped teachers on the other side of the building. She would really do anything for anyone. Kim is simply amazing. If we paid her by the hour, it would bankrupt the district. She never quits working and she can do anything. During basketball season, Kim was picked for making a difference by five different basketball players. She is special — and she does make a difference.
