On September 12. 2016, our CTO had to give an update to the School Board on the Chromebook Rollout. We talked about the numbers of Chromebooks delivered, the hours of professional development provided...but the best part was when two of our middle school teachers spoke about having Chromebooks in their classrooms. Mrs. Amanda Cloy, ELA at Hughes MS, and Mrs. Carabeth Fuhrmeister, science at Kerr MS, spoke to the board and thanked them for supporting the Chromebook initiative. They talked about the changes they've seen in their classrooms, and the need for students to have access to technology and information. These ladies were amazing and gave heartfelt, real-classroom examples of the positive impact of the Chromebooks at their schools.
