I have to say…San Antonio in February is much cooler than San Antonio in July! LOL! Took the whole team to TCEA and had a great time learning, networking, and getting recharged about what we do!

I was so excited to be presenting in the large Google theater this year! It was a little intimidating – a lot of seats to fill!

This was the was line for my session outside the hall! Before they opened the door it stretched around the corner, out of site. I couldn’t believe it when my boss showed me the photo! Managed to fill the room!

I presented twice on Google MyMaps in every content area. TCEA audiences are always terrific!

Getting to meet up with my Twitter PLN in real life is always fun and exciting!

And, of course, getting some Twitter love never hurts! Use the arrows under the images to navigate.

Later in the week I did a session with my LT team over our Chromebook rollout. I should’ve taken a picture during the session. This was when we arrived in the room. We had way more people than this! LOL!

I nominated two people for TCEA awards this year. Louise Morgan, for High Impact Teacher of the Year. She was a finalist, but didn’t get the award (travesty – she deserves it).

And I nominated Dr. Leslie Bender Jutzi for District Administrator of the Year. She won.

Here are some more photos from the week.
