I have to say…San Antonio in February is much cooler than San Antonio in July! LOL! Took the whole team to TCEA and had a great time learning, networking, and getting recharged about what we do! I was so excited to be presenting in the large Google theater this year! It was a little intimidating – a lot of seats to fill! This was the was line for my session outside the hall! The Learning Technologies Department and Burleson ISD hosted the 2017 Area 10 & 11 TCEA Conference. Great presenters, Steve Dembo as our Keynote, and terrific door prizes! I’m so glad my friend, Carabeth Fuhrmeister, won the stuffed unicorn at my presentation!

I was thrilled to get to present at TIA in Denton again this year. This district-led conference has only gotten bigger and better! I got to hear Dave Burgess, author of Teach Like A Pirate, and he was amazing!! And Eric Sheninger was the closing keynote…just amazing!
