When you are trying to navigate the deep, dense jungle that is a Google Chromebook pilot, you are only going to make it out alive if you have the right people around. Kim Estes is the right people. "Why people," you say, "Why not person?" Because Kim does the job of about 100 people, all day, everyday. If I had not witnessed and benefited from her amazing skills personally, I would have never believed that one single person could do so much, so well, so often. If the team needed her, she was never more than a phone call, text message, or email away. If she couldn't immediately solve one of our many problems, she would find someone who could. |
