The National Junior Honor Society at Kerr Middle School has it's own Google Classroom where members offer homework help and academic tutorials to their classmates. Set up by AP Lisa Townzen, this Google Classroom is open after school to allow students who need help to ask for it in an online, social environment and to receive feedback, explanations, and help from fellow Kerr Cougars. And NJHS members can earn volunteer hours for manning the virtual help desk. What a creative use of the online learning space! How does YOUR campus use technology outside of daily instruction?
